To prepare red borscht pour contents of the bag into 2 liters of cold water. Add two broth cubes, a tablespoon of dried vegetables, 2 bay leaves, 3 allspice, caraway, marjoram and juice of one lemon. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add 2 sliced garlic cloves. Cook for another 10 minutes. After cooking, strain and season with salt and pepper and honey to taste.
