Kimchi is a traditional, one of the favorite dishes of Koreans. It consists of sauerkraut or fermented nappa cabbage, known in Poland as Chinese cabbage.
The dominant flavors of the dish are sourness and spiciness, thanks to the addition of chilli flakes.
Ingredients: Chinese cabbage (83%), garlic 2.5%, gochugaru pepper 2.5%, white radish 2.5%, sugar 2%, sea salt, soy sauce, wheat flour, ginger.
