Ingredients: wheat pasta groats, semolina (durum wheat semolina groats), eggs (5 pieces per kilogram of flour), water, turmeric.
Cooking Instructions: Bring salted water to boil. Add pasta, stir and boil gently for 9 minutes. Strain - rinse with cold water.
