Our pasztet is made with fresh ground pork, wild mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion and bread. It's great sliced for sandwiches or crackers, seared or served cold. At room temperature it's completely spreadable and contains no organ meat. Try it seared on a sandwich with mayonnaise, yellow mustard and our house pickle chips. It's a deliciously rich, sour and tangy sandwich.
