Handmade in small batches, our original kielbasa is made with freshly ground pork, garlic and spices. Cured and applewood smoked, it will last for a month in the refrigerator and several months frozen. As a dry sausage, the flavor intensifies as it dries and ages. It is fully cooked and ready to eat on a charcuterie board, grilled, cut into chips or pan fried. Add to soups, stews and beans to give them a nice smokey flavor. Arrives vacuum sealed and ships frozen.
