To prepare goulash you will need 500g of lean goulash meat (beef, pork or mixed) and 100g of onions. Preparation: fry the meat cubes in 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add the peeled onion cut into wedges and saute for a few minutes. Add 400ml of water and stir in the contents of the bag and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 1/2 hours, stirring from time to time. This goes well with noodles and red cabbage.
