We take our original kielbasa recipe and infuse it with fresh chopped jalapeno peppers and applewood smoke it. Not incredibly spicy, there is a fresh jalapeno flavor with just a bit of heat on the tail end. Cured and applewood smoked, it will last for a month in the refrigerator and several months in the freezer. This is a true dry sausage that continues to improve with age. Ships frozen and vacuum sealed, fully cooked and ready to eat.
