To prepare: Dissolve the contents of the package into 100ml (3.4oz) lukewarm water. Add prepared mixture to 600g (1lb 5.2oz) minced meat and mix well. Form meatballs; place on pan and cover them with tomato puree or passata. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until well done. Serve with pasta, mashed potato or gnocchi. For meatballs with rice, add 2.8oz (80g) of rice into the mixture of seasoning and meat. Mix well.
