To prepare, mix contents of package with 2-4 tbsp of sugar in a sauce pan. Gradually whisk in 2 cups of cold milk until smooth. Then cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened (about 1 minute). Pour into dishes rinsed with cold water or a baked, cooled pie shell. Refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm.
