To prepare, mix contents with 2 tbsp sugar in a saucepan. Stir in 1 cup cold water or fruit juice. Bring to a boil, let boil over medium heat for 1 minute. Cool for one minute, pour over fruit. Tips: if glaze sets it can be liquefied by heating gently. To assemble flan, spread prepared glaze over flan base. Cover with fruit, then glaze.
