To prepare: Pour the contents of the package into 10 liters of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Drain through a fine sieve and let it cool to 40°. Mix 5g of fresh yeast or a flat teaspoon of instant yeast into 1/2c of the liquid. Pour it into the brew and add 500-600g of sugar. Stir and pour into bottles with a tight stopper, glass or plastic filling up to 3/4 high. Set aside (winter - 5 days / summer - 3 days). Keep in a warm place the first day, then cool place. After preparing, consume the podpiwek within 2 weeks. Refrigerate after opening for up to 2 days.
