AmbeRye kvass is made by following old traditions that include natural fermentation. The kvass is light and gives aroma of freshly baked bread. In addition to rye malt, to make taste more interesting and expressive, it is flavored with caraway seeds during the fermentation process, which have been carefully pre-selected from local Lithuanian farmers.
